Agreement scope

These Terms of Service apply to all Togglebox products and services, including cloud infrastructure, application hosting, support, and related features.

Billing and renewals

  • Services are recurring unless explicitly canceled.
  • Invoices are due according to the billing schedule shown in your account.
  • Some services include one-time verification or activation charges listed at signup.
  • Past-due accounts may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Cancellations and data responsibility

  • Cancellation requests must come from authorized account contacts.
  • Data retention after cancellation is not guaranteed.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups before termination.
  • Service credits or refunds follow the policy terms listed for each product.

Service use and compliance

You may use Togglebox services only for lawful activity and in accordance with policy requirements. Related restrictions and enforcement details are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Support scope depends on product and support model. Review Statement of Support for operational boundaries and request routing.

Privacy handling and personal data use are defined in the Privacy Policy.
