Is Cloud VPS right for you?
Choose Cloud VPS if
- Full root access to a server you manage end-to-end
- Remote desktops on Windows or Linux
- Mail, DNS, and VPN servers
- Dev, staging, and CI/CD runners
- Databases with custom tuning
- Docker hosts and container workloads
Choose App Hosting if
- App Hosting: managed deploys, autoscaling, and usage-based billing.
- WordPress Hosting: HA clusters with autoscaling and caching built in.
- Database Clusters: replication, ProxySQL, and automated failover.
- Deployment workflows, runtime updates, and scaling should be handled for you.
Add managed infrastructure when you need it
Add the managed layers most teams end up building themselves only when the workload needs them, without changing how you run the core VPS fleet.
Database Clusters
MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL with replication, ProxySQL, and automated failover if you want a managed database layer.
Deploy a database cluster
Network Security
Managed firewalls, VPN tunnels, and virtual routers so your VMs can communicate privately instead of over the public internet.

Disaster Recovery
Automated offsite backups, ransomware protection, and DNS failover for disaster recovery.

Common Questions
Are there contracts or commitments?
No contract is required. You can cancel anytime.
Do you offer a free trial?
There is no traditional free trial. We charge a $1 activation fee to verify your payment method, credit it to your balance immediately, and refund it on request, even after 30 days.
How does the $200 credit work?
New customers receive $200 in account credit, valid for 60 days after signup.
How fast is deployment?
Most VMs provision in under a minute after checkout completes (often ~20 seconds).
Can I change resources later?
Yes. Resize CPU, RAM, or storage at any time. CPU and RAM changes require a reboot.
How is Cloud VPS billed?
We bill hourly. The configurator shows the monthly equivalent, and charges stop at 28 days. Billing Alerts can notify you when monthly usage goes over the amount you set.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Crypto, LINK, and ACH. Invoicing is available for qualified accounts.
Why is there a $1 setup/activation fee?
It's payment verification. We credit the $1 to your balance immediately and refund it on request, even after 30 days.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Contact our sales team for custom pricing on larger deployments or committed usage.
Do I get admin access?
Yes. You get full admin access.
Is this a managed service? What is included?
We manage the infrastructure: hardware, storage, networking, hypervisor updates. You manage the OS and application stack inside your VM. For scope details, see our Statement of Support.
Is there an SLA?
We offer a 99.9% uptime SLA on our infrastructure. Terms of Service has the full details.
Can I use Remote Desktop?
Windows and Linux desktop environments ship as ready-to-deploy VM templates. Connect with your existing RDP client (Windows) or VNC client (Linux desktop).
Are any ports blocked?
We block outbound SMTP by default to protect IP reputation. We enable SMTP access on request.
Can I use custom images or ISO installs?
Upload custom images or mount ISOs for specialized installs and recovery scenarios.
What is included with Windows licensing?
Windows Server Datacenter licensing is available as an add-on. License cost is included in the hourly rate when you choose a Windows template.
What is Performance Guard?
Performance Guard is our auto-balancing system for shared plans. It monitors cluster load and live-migrates VMs to reduce noisy-neighbor impact and keep performance consistent.
Is this shared CPU?
Shared CPU plans use active balancing to keep performance consistent.
What happens when hardware fails?
Your VM runs on distributed NVMe storage, replicated 3x. If the host goes down, the VM restarts on a healthy node using the same storage. You don't move disks because they were never local.
What happens when a neighbor gets noisy?
Performance Guard monitors CPU, RAM, disk I/O, and network across the cluster. When contention crosses a threshold, it live-migrates the affected VM (or the noisy VM) to a host with more headroom. Migration runs over 100GbE while your VM stays up.
What is the catch with hourly billing?
No catch. Billing is per resource, per hour, with a 28-day monthly cap. If your VM runs all month, charges stop at the cap. Billing Alerts can notify you when monthly usage goes over the amount you set.
