What this policy covers
Togglebox services may be used only for lawful activity. This policy applies to all services, applications, and traffic on Togglebox infrastructure.
- Use services in compliance with applicable law.
- Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
- Do not use services for abuse, fraud, or harmful content distribution.
Prohibited activity categories
The categories below are not allowed on Togglebox services:
- Illegal content, including child sexual abuse material.
- Unauthorized access attempts, scanning, exploitation, or system interference.
- Spam, abusive bulk messaging, or forged message headers.
- Harassment, threats, or abuse through hosted services.
- Activity intended to disrupt, degrade, or overload other systems.
Security and abuse enforcement
Togglebox investigates reported or detected violations. We may take immediate action when needed to protect customers and infrastructure.
- First violations may receive a warning or temporary suspension.
- Severe or repeat violations may result in immediate termination.
- We may cooperate with law-enforcement when legally required.
- Service interruptions caused by policy violations are not eligible for credits.
